Are you a parent and looking for fun activity that you can participate with your teen? Good news! This program is opening for age 10+. This is a great program to join yourself or together with your teen!

Our class structure base off self-defense so you will also develop some skills for self-protection while keeping your healthy life style.

– Boxing all age (10 years+)
– Class Mon, Wed, Fri 5:30-6:30 PM.
– All fitness levels welcome
