Couldn’t be more blessed and grateful to be able to be apart of the nine limbs team

Our boys whom are 10 and 7 years old joined nine limbs a year ago this past January , we couldn’t be more blessed and grateful to be able to be apart of the nine limbs team . Our boys confidence has grown substantially as well as there discipline and focus , Kru is an amazing instructor , her motivation , determination , patience , resilience and strength is etched into each and everyone of her students, both the adult program and her children’s program .. thank you Kru for being such an amazing part of our community !!!

I absolutely love this place!

I absolutely love this place! The vibe is fun and comfortable, but also super motivating! The coaches are knowledgeable, and Kru is 100% a pro! She takes time to make sure everyone is engaged, learning, and putting the work in! 10 out of 10 recommend the Muai Tai classes. I will most definitely be coming back once I have the time. Only regret that I didn’t check this place out sooner!

Awesome gym. Always clean, always a great vibe. Kru is a great instructor. If you are looking for a good sweat or wanting to learn real deal Muay Thai this is the place. The team is always welcoming and helpful as well. Kids classes, ladies classes, cardio and sparring it’s all here.
