FITNESS AND SELF-DEFENSE

The other day I was thinking about what the true benefit that our boys have gained from being part of Nine Limbs strikers after school program and martial arts program considering new Bern doesn’t have very much to offer teenagers and children. I couldn’t help but think how grateful we are that our boys truly love Your facility. Almost 2 years they have grown so much. They have learned discipline they have gained so much confidence. It keeps them active and the environment is so positive. Our boys are extremely active. We tried the taekwondo class with sensei Rios and the boys did great, our boys wanted more combative martial arts although they aren’t the best at remaining calm and focused. we then tried the Muay Thai program and the past year and a half there has been a 180° turnaround with both their discipline, their attitude, their confidence and their personalities. I can’t think all of the coaches for loving our boys and providing them with a safe environment where they are able to learn structure discipline, and self-defense. Thank you for never giving up on our boys.
